Humidity-Controlled Glove Box (Nitrogen Control)

The GB-250-Q is designed with nitrogen input capability and humidity control, utilizing controlled nitrogen purging to effectively maintain a low-humidity and low-oxygen environment. Its precise nitrogen regulation helps optimize gas usage and improve energy efficiency.

It is suitable for applications requiring strict moisture control, humidity regulation, low oxygen levels, and dry conditions, such as electronic component handling, pharmaceutical manufacturing, chemical experiments, and microbalance operations.

In addition, the glove box is equipped with a high-precision temperature and humidity display, offering an accuracy of ±3.0% RH and ±1.0°C, ensuring reliable and stable environmental monitoring.

◆ GT05 Temperature and Humidity Recorder (Optional): The GT05 temperature and humidity sensor can record the temperature and humidity inside the cabinet and generate temperature and humidity curves.

◆ Centralized monitoring of temperature and humidity: SensorLook software can be used to connect each F1 unit via WiFi or RS485 network cable, and 1 to 256 units can be centrally monitored at the same time. This is the most important task of humidity management.

External Dimensions: W900*D600*H630mm.

1. Voltage: 110V.

2. Temperature and Humidity Indicator Accuracy: ±3.0%RH, ±1.0℃.

3. Software: Humidity Manager V3, providing digital temperature and humidity curve plotting function.

4. Cabinet Structure: Made of transparent acrylic material.

5. Calibration Reminder: This model has a built-in calibration date reminder function. When the decimal point flashes, it indicates that the temperature and humidity sensor has reached its expiration date and personnel should calibrate the instrument. This function can effectively save management manpower.

6. Alarm Function: Built-in warning light and alarm sound. Users can individually set the upper limit and delay value of temperature and humidity. When the temperature and humidity inside the cabinet exceed the upper limit value...
