Institutional Engineering Project｜Laboratory Upgrade

This project is a laboratory planning and engineering case by Yu Syuan Laboratory Technology, featuring comprehensive space planning and system integration based on daily laboratory operational requirements. The scope of work includes the installation of central sink benches and side laboratory benches to support routine laboratory operations.

Interior construction incorporates panel partition systems and calcium silicate boards, combined with ceiling works to enhance structural stability and operational safety.

The lighting system is designed with LED panel lights and indirect lighting to ensure adequate task illumination while maintaining visual comfort. In addition, secondary electrical and plumbing works were completed to improve equipment operation and facilitate future maintenance. Overall, the project emphasizes practicality, safety, and efficient space integration, delivering a professional laboratory environment tailored to institutional needs.
