本系列 無菌培養試管 採用U.S.P.Class VI 等級樹脂製成，並符合FDA 21CFR 177.1640規範。
均為Class1~10,000 無塵室生產製造，均為 DNase & RNase Free。
PP管可高壓滅菌和冷凍。PS管不能耐高壓滅菌。
17 x 100 mm 最大體積為14 ml ，12 x 75 mm 最大體積為 5 ml，適合所有標準轉子和儲存架。
易於標記使用，配備超細磨砂區，即用極細字筆寫一樣清晰不掉色。
刻度標記清晰可見，方便樣品定量。
蓋子為兩段式壓蓋設計，培養時壓第一段保持透氣,培養完壓至第二段可壓緊以便儲存。
包裝採用均經過驗證和認可的 Gamma 照射方法進行滅菌，SAL 為 10 -6。
